  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour or for no-shows.

  • Cancel or reschedule a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Substitute stops or adjust the itinerary without prior notice.

If we cancel a tour, customers will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.

  • Arrive on time for all scheduled tours.
  • Follow safety instructions from guides at all times.
  • Inform us in advance of any medical conditions or special requirements.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who disrupts the experience or endangers others.

  • Personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during a tour unless caused by our proven negligence.
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other forces beyond our control.

All participants join tours at their own risk.
